Myofascial Release
What is Myofascial Release?
Myofascial Release is a safe and effective technique of eliminating pain and restoring motion where trauma, stress, poor posture, inflammatory responses, or surgical procedures have created restrictions in the body's fascia. If left untreated, fascia restrictions can cause a variety of symptoms producing pain, reducing motion, and inhibiting our daily activities. The myofascial release technique provides hands-on, sustained therapeutic pressure releasing the myofascial tissue that surrounds and supports most structures in the body. The results provide relief, restore motion, and enhance flexibility.
Myofascial Release Benefits
Athletes recovering from injury, people feeling the effects of age, or post-surgery patients can all benefit from myofascial release treatment. Myofascial Release treatment also helps:
